New Taipei City, Taiwan － Sept. 9th, 2019 － Antaira Technologies, a global leading developer and manufacturer of industrial networking devices and communication solutions for harsh environment applications, is proud to announce the expansion of its industrial networking infrastructure family with the introduction of 12-Port Industrial Gigabit Managed Ethernet Switches, LMX-1202M-SFP Series, LMP-1202M-SFP Series, and LMP-1202M-SFP-24 Series.

 

The need for higher data transfer rate for edge connectivity has been growing with the development of advanced devices and systems. However, for the systems where legacy devices have been used, Ethernet switches which support transfer rate of only 10/100TX or gigabit may be relatively costly and lack of flexibility for this scenario.

 

Antaira’s new product series include Non-PoE and PoE models. The non-PoE models, LMX-1202M-SFP Series, are equipped with  8*10/100Tx, 2*10/100/1000Tx RJ45 and 2*100/1000 SFP Slots. On the other side, the PoE models,LMP-1202M-SFP series are equipped with 8*10/100Tx PoE ports (30W/port) , 2*10/100/1000Tx RJ45 and 2*100/1000 dual rate SFP slots for gigabit fiber connections. For low voltage environments, such as factory,  Antaira providesLMP-1202M-SFP-24 Seriessolution, which supports low power input from 12V to 36V DC for PoE function.

 

All three series are fully manageable Layer 2 Ethernet switches that are pre-loaded with a user-friendly web management console design. They support the ring network redundancy function using the market’s open standard ITU-T G.8032 ERPS (Ethernet Ring Protection Switch) protocol, and support network recovery time within 50ms.

 

With Antaira’s LMX-1202M-SFP and LMP-1202M-SFP(-24) industrial managed switches, it is easy to save your time and effort for networking deployment.
